The Low Ridge Height at the wall of 7ft 5" (2276mm) make Growhouse Lean-to`s ideal for gardeners wishing to position the greenhouse against a bungalow or garage where height is limited by gutters or soffits.
There`s plenty of ventilation in the form of two opening roof vents to let warm air escape and two outward opening side windows to let cooler air in to keep your greenhouse nicely ventilated throughout the growing seasons. To ventilate your greenhouse even more effectively you can add an optional automatic roof vent opener and a louvre window vent in the options section below.
The Toughened Safety Glass, held in with Cedar Capping rather than fiddly metal clips is better for a number of reasons. Firstly the glass is held firmly with the cedar frame making it superbly wind resistant, secondly it simply looks a lot prettier ! The 3mm Toughened Glazing conforms to British Standard BS6206, keeping you safe in the knowledge that your family and pets are protected.
High capacity guttering and rainwater downpipes are standard on both sides of the greenhouse so that you could actually use two water butts to collect the natural rainwater which is best for your plants.
Western Red Cedar Wood has a long straight grain, virtually free from knotting giving it superb strength and it`s oily qualities give it a natural resistance to years of bad weather and impregnation by pests and mould.
