Very pleased with the whole thing. Delivery on time as promised, Well packed and marked as to what pakage to open first etc. Instructions a bit comploicated but once you start in all fits into place.
VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE FINAL RESULT IS VERY GOOD, LOOKS BRILLIANT.

Delivered on time and installed the next day .

Everything went swimmingly, ordered 1000 litres of top soil to do jobs in the garden, driver lifted bag onto lawn as requested as I was at work, good price will certainly be ordering more in the future

Good customer service, delivery and installation, all on time and to a good standard. Had the greenhouse for around 10 months now and very pleased with it.

It's a very easy greenhouse to assemble. Didn't go for the assemble option, I love a challenge. However with the easy to follow instructions, I decided to do it myself. Given me a real sense of accomplishment.

Very pleased with ordering and time frame for delivery, installation went very smoothly and quickly the installers were very professional and friendly. It was just a shame that when we had high winds the glass next to the door blew out 3 times now but don't know why?. But having said that very still pleased with greenhouse.

This is my first greenhouse so I don't have anything to compare against but quality is good and everything fitted together very well.
My only criticism is the instructions. For a seasoned gardener or greenhouse expert, I'm sure it's a walk in the park. But the terminology and components took a while to work out. Perhaps a simpler labelling system would help?
That aside, I'm very pleased.

Arrived pretty quick. The guy even carried it in for me . We erected it ourselves not bad for a couple of pensioners. It was hard work suggest if not sure get professional help. A very good product. Our advice take your time and make sure work surfaces are level.

Good greenhouse easy to put together

They were great for advice before we bought the product, and the great quality of the greenhouse meant that it was easy for our handyman to install. My mum uses it as a garden room, and enjoys sitting in it all year round.

Arrived exactly as ordered, slightly late, and absolutely delighted with it.

I purchased the Vitavia 6 x 6 Apollo greenhouse for my garden, it was delivered and assembled with great care. I have been using my greenhouse for a few months now and I love it. The self opening/closing window is a very handy feature. The only slight negative is that the door runner base collects dirt and water and needs frequent cleaning to keep the sliding door running smoothly. Overall I am delighted with my greenhouse and received good customer service from Greenhouse Stores.

So pleased with my new greenhouse went together fairly well but being a woman it was a bit challenging for me there again I'm in my 70s took some bits apart several times but got there in the end glass seems very good overall very happy

My husband doubled our covered terrace area which we now use as a multi functional space for drying washing undercover, growing plants and storing garden items. Fantastic all weather space.

Delivered early and the set up for installation was very good, put together exceptionally well. Very pleased

Unbelievable value for the quality, I didn't think I would get glass at this price point. I managed to buy this, make my own shelving and planters, install a waterbutt and all the sleepers for around my original budget for just the greenhouse. Arrived when they advised and the driver was really helpful.
