A very good greenhouse. Easy to erect and all the parts were well marked or easy to identify.

We have an Elite green House, purchased through Green House Stoires. As you can see from the picture, its up and "Running" We can't recomend enough, for both companies for there help in finishing this purchase, it all went smoothly and on time.
We recomend highly, both Elite for the manufacture and Greenhouse for all their help in the assembly.

The greenhouse - a Vitavia Venus 2500 - was delivered within the promised timescale.
All parts were present and correct and the delivery was fine, if a little late.
The greenhouse itself is brilliant and very much recommended. The build was straightforward and I thought the construction ilustrations were pretty easy to follow, with only a couple of hiccups along the way. The window and door were most difficult to construct, and there were two errors in the instructions for the window, which were easy to correct once realised.
All in all I am very pleased with the greenhouse and my interactions with Greenhouse Stores.

Web site ok easy to use. Delivery ok on time. Assembly quite easy instructions need improvements but easy enough to follow. Overall good product.

Excellent from start to finish. Ordering online was so simple and kept up to date all the way through. Arrived on time. The build was complete in 1 hour and it looks amazing. I wish the delivery time was shorter however it was delivered in the stated timeframe. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with Vitavia Venus 5000 6’ x 8’. It was delivered on time giving me plenty of time and remnders. Thanks to Ian for his help and understanding I had about installation which was my fault. All was sorted with Garden Building Services (Dan & Naomi) and was lucky to get a cancellation and was fitted quickly to a very high standard.

We purchased a Vitavia 8x6 Black Venus 5000 greenhouse with horticultural glass . I am no builder but found it perfectly doable to assemble with very careful attention to the instructions/illustrations . Does need a good 2 days and I found the glass quite a challenge but was doing it all alone . End result stylish and really doing the job well . Make sure to get the extras for airflow .
