Payment Methods

You can securely pay for your new greenhouse or garden building using our online payment system. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our payments are processed through a 3D Secure system, offering the highest level of buyer protection available. We do not charge any fees for any payment method.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

Upon placing your order, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email containing your order number, sent to the email address you provide. If you place an order over the phone, we’ll provide you with your order number verbally and also send you an order confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

How will my item be delivered?

Your garden building will be delivered using specialist transport designed for greenhouses to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

You will receive a call prior to delivery to arrange a suitable day and time for receipt of your greenhouse. Typically, our greenhouses are delivered directly from the manufacturer.

What guarantee do you offer?

We collaborate with manufacturers who provide the best guarantees in the industry, generally at least 10 Years. Each product on our site clearly states the specific details of the guarantee offered.

What if I find a product you sell cheaper elsewhere?

We are confident in our competitive pricing, working closely with manufacturers to offer the best deals. However, if you find any of our products cheaper elsewhere, call us at 0800 098 8877, and we’ll strive to beat that price if possible.

How do I order online?

Ordering online at greenhousestores.co.uk is straightforward. Select the options for your greenhouse and click the BUY NOW button. You will be directed to your shopping basket. If you are satisfied with the items, click the Proceed to SECURE CHECKOUT button. You can pay through our secure online payment portal. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and there are no extra charges for any payment method.

Is it safe to shop online with you?

When entering sensitive information, a padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window, indicating a secure area. Clicking on the padlock provides information about the secure area, where your credit card details are processed and encrypted. This certificate can only be issued by trusted organizations, guaranteeing a high level of security. For your safety, we do not retain any credit or debit card details.

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your new greenhouse, return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

We will refund 100% of the purchase price minus delivery and collection charges, which we will agree upon prior to return or pick-up.

If you wish to return an item, call us at 0800 098 8877 to discuss the procedure. If you believe a product you bought is faulty, call us and we will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out.

The cost of returning a greenhouse will be borne by the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.
