The performance of an Apex Lean-To depends entirely on the integrity of the wall seal. Standard kits provide the frame, but for a professional finish, you must ensure your wall is flat. If you have uneven brickwork, do not simply rely on the foam tape.
I always advise applying a generous bead of neutral-cure silicone along the top wall-bar before the glass is fitted. This prevents 'wall-wash'—where rainwater runs down the house wall and enters the greenhouse.
