Greenhouse Stores Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or direct with Circle Online Ltd. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Free Gifts are per order. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal or higher value.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server or by *. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron payments. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

We do of course make every effort to ensure that your order will arrive within the delivery times shown on the website. Unfortunately, on rare occasions this may not always be possible. Should your order be delayed or fail to arrive when expected, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems. (Please note that our liability does not extend to providing compensation for late or failed deliveries.)

The web price includes VAT at 20%.

In the majority of cases when ordering goods online you may well receive a "Confirmation of Order" email from the supplier. It usually tells you that the supplier has received your order and may include an expected dispatch and/or delivery date.

The supplier might also accept your payment or at least place a reserve on that amount via your credit/debit card.

However, neither of these things constitute the formation of the contract.

In the great majority of cases the point at which the contract is deemed to be accepted by the supplier and formed with you is itemised in their Terms & Conditions. You will need to read these.

Most companies will state that the contract is formed "On delivery".

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate (20%) unless clearly stated. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Circle Online Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
