Matt's Installation Tip: Double Door Alignment on Dwarf Walls
The double doors on the Raven are its standout feature, but they demand precise wall construction around the door opening. The lintel area must be perfectly level and square. If the wall is even slightly out at the door, the double doors will not close properly. I recommend your bricklayer builds the door section last, once the rest of the wall has set. Use a plumb bob on both door jamb positions.

Prices range from £2,989 to £6,720. Every price includes the ThermoWood frame, natural finish, and 3mm toughened safety glass. Automatic roof vent openers, staging, double doors with mortise locks, and free installation are included. Pay 20% deposit and the balance after installation.

Double doors provide wide access for wheelbarrows and equipment. The opening is approximately 3ft 11" wide. This is essential for an 8ft wide greenhouse where you need to move soil, pots, and staging in and out. The doors also improve ventilation in summer when left open.

The dwarf wall is typically 600mm high with exact dimensions provided by Swallow. The wall must be perfectly level and square, with particular attention to the double door opening. Engineering bricks or standard house bricks both work well. Allow three weeks for mortar to cure before our installation team arrives.
