🔧 Matt's Installation Tip: The Curved Eaves
The Saturn's unique curved eaves are made from high-grade acrylic, not glass. This is intentional for safety and to achieve that seamless curve.
Crucial Step: When installing, you must ensure the UV-protected side of the acrylic faces outwards. It is usually marked clearly on the protective film. If installed inside-out, the panels will cloud over time due to sun exposure. Also, allow a small expansion gap when fitting the clips, as acrylic expands more than glass in summer heat.

What is the difference between the Vitavia Saturn and the Jupiter?
Both are premium 8ft wide greenhouses. The key difference is the roof design: the Saturn features stylish curved eaves made of UV-protected acrylic for an 'Orangery' look, while the Jupiter has traditional straight eaves. Uniquely, the Saturn retains built-in gutters, which are often missing on other curved models.
Are the curved eaves made of glass?
No, the curved sections are made from high-grade UV-protected acrylic. This is intentional, as glass cannot be safely bent to such a tight radius. The rest of the greenhouse (sides and roof) uses standard glazing (Toughened Safety Glass or Horticultural).
Does it come with gutters?
Yes. The Saturn is one of the few curved-eave models that includes built-in gutters, allowing you to harvest rainwater and keeping the side glazing cleaner.
