These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online or directly with Circle Online Ltd trading as Greenhouse Stores ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before placing any order.

All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment Methods: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and PayPal. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
Orders will only be processed once valid payment has been received. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price before processing your order. You will have the option to cancel your order without charge if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price.
We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, due to technical limitations and variations in screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly from those shown.
Product dimensions mentioned in product names are approximate. Exact specifications are provided on individual product pages with accompanying dimension diagrams.

We make every effort to deliver your order within the timeframes displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Attempts: If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability or incorrect delivery information provided, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, or transportation failures.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Standard Returns: If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Return Costs: We will refund you 100% of the purchase price minus delivery and collection charges that we will agree before return/pick-up unless:
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We may deduct an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please retain all packaging and take photographs of any damage.
If you refuse delivery of goods for reasons other than damage, incorrect goods, or faults, this will be treated as a cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
A return fee of up to 20% of the order value may be deducted from your refund to cover:
