The High Eave has taller side walls than the Craftsman, creating a larger sail area for wind to catch. When we fit these in exposed gardens, we always recommend upgrading to Bar Capping rather than standard wire clips.
Bar Capping runs a continuous rubber strip along every glazing bar, locking the longer glass panes firmly into the frame. It prevents rattling and stops panes popping out during winter storms.
