Elite Muntin and Roof Glass Spacer Graphite
I was not happy with the product. In the beginning I could not find anybody to install it. When I found somebody, the problems started. First three parts were not the right size. Second it took them 10 days to send the right ones. Third later we found out that one item was short. Again it took them 1 week to send it. And the guy who was installing it, had to come on 3 occasions to fix it.

Elite Wire Clips 50 pieces
The greenhouse is lovely and all that I expected it to be. HOWEVER, I am still awaiting for ther trim to be added to one pane of glass.
I was also surprised and disappointed at the length of time between ordering and build. I was told 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, but no one informed me that I would then have to wait aother 3 to 4 weeks for it to be built!

Elite Spring Clips 50 pieces
I added an extra item to my order quite close to the delivery date - the first Greenhouse Stores employee was very rude and actually referred to my plan as 'crap'. The second person I spoke to was very helpful and got the order sorted out for me.
Delivery was a complete shambles and caused me huge amounts of hassle.
The product looks good now it's been received and assembled.
