Vitavia Cropped Head Nuts and Bolts are purpose-made fixings for Vitavia aluminium greenhouses. The cropped bolt head slides neatly into the aluminium channel, sitting flush so it does not obstruct glazing or fittings. Pack of 10 sets.
The cropped head design is what separates these from standard bolts. A regular bolt head is too tall to fit inside the narrow aluminium profile. The cropped version has a reduced-height head that drops straight into the channel and turns to lock in place.
We reach for these whenever we need to attach shelving brackets, rainwater kits, louvre vents, or auto vent openers. They are also the correct replacement if you lose fixings during assembly or maintenance.
Each pack contains 10 bolts with matching nuts. Thread the cropped head into the channel, position it where you need it, and tighten the nut from the outside. The bolt locks against the inside of the channel as you tighten, giving a solid fixing point.

The Installation Team will contact you directly to book in your installation.Our installation service requires a level Concrete, Slabbed or Decked Area to the minimum size stated on the website and with 18-24 Inches of clearance around it. Failure to provide a suitable base area and clearance may result in you being charged for the failed installation If you require staging or shelving assembly, you can arrange it directly with the installation team.
