Every model features an aluminium structural frame, 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate side panels, and the SkyLight translucent roof system. Double lockable doors and gable apex vents are fitted as standard across all four sizes.
Choose from the 11x9, 11x13, 11x17, or 11x21. The smallest gives you 99 sq ft of floor space. The 11x21 delivers over 230 sq ft. Matt's Installation Tip: Positioning an 11ft Wide Shed
At 3073mm wide, the Yukon needs careful positioning. We always recommend placing the doors facing away from the prevailing wind — in most of the UK, that means doors facing east or south-east. This stops driving rain hitting the door seals directly.
Leave 500mm clearance on all sides during assembly. Once built, you can reduce this to 150mm for maintenance access. If your garden slopes, build the base up on the low side rather than digging into the high side — this prevents water pooling against the panels.

Every Yukon model measures exactly 3073mm (10ft 1in) externally. The internal width is 3022mm. The "11ft" name refers to the roof overhang dimension of 3320mm. When planning your base, use the external wall measurement of 3073mm and add 100mm for clearance.

Can I fit a ride-on mower in a Yukon shed?
Yes, the 1464mm double door opening fits all standard ride-on mowers. Most ride-on mowers are 900–1200mm wide. You'll have at least 250mm clearance on each side. The low threshold entrance means no ramp is needed. We recommend the 11x13 as the minimum size if you want to store a mower and still have space for other equipment.

Usually not, provided the shed meets permitted development rules. In England, garden buildings under 2.5m ridge height within 2m of a boundary, or under 4m ridge height elsewhere, don't need planning permission. The Yukon's 2520mm ridge height falls just above the 2.5m limit, so keep it more than 2m from any boundary. Always check with your local council.
