Our 11ft wide plastic sheds are the Palram Canopia Yukon range, with 4 models from £1,830. The Yukon is the widest plastic shed Palram make. Every model features an aluminium structural frame, 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate side panels, and the SkyLight translucent roof system. Double lockable doors and gable apex vents are fitted as standard across all four sizes.
Choose from the 11x9, 11x13, 11x17, or 11x21. The smallest gives you 99 sq ft of floor space. The 11x21 delivers over 230 sq ft. All four use the same reinforced aluminium frame with a built-in poly floor panel. Zero maintenance required. Palram include a 10-year warranty covering UV degradation and structural failure.
Every shed on this page is 3073mm (11ft) wide. That's the Palram Canopia Yukon range — the widest plastic sheds we stock. Prices run from £1,830 for the 11x9 to £3,550 for the 11x21. All four models use the same aluminium frame and polycarbonate panel construction. The difference is depth only.
At 11ft wide, these sheds give you proper working width. From our experience fitting them, you can park a ride-on mower centrally and still walk past it on either side. The 1464mm double doors are wide enough for bulky equipment. Browse our large plastic sheds page for the same range grouped by overall size, or our 8ft wide plastic sheds if you need a narrower footprint.
Why We Chose This Range
"11ft is the magic number for a plastic shed that actually works as usable space. Below 8ft wide, you're limited to single-file storage. At 11ft, you can have shelving down both sides and a clear walkway in the middle. The Yukon is the only plastic shed range at this width that we trust structurally — the galvanised steel perimeter frame and 10mm polycarbonate give it rigidity that cheaper brands can't match."
— Matt, Founder of Greenhouse StoresThe Yukon 11x9 (£1,830) delivers 7.9m² of floor space — enough for garden tools, bikes, and outdoor furniture. The Yukon 11x13 (£2,345) adds an extra 1240mm of depth for 11.4m², giving room for a workbench along the back wall.
The Yukon 11x17 (£3,280) provides 15.5m² — genuine workshop territory. The Yukon 11x21 (£3,550) stretches to 19.3m², larger than many single garages. Both models suit hobby workshops, large garden equipment storage, or home gym setups.

Quick Tip: Every Yukon shares the same 3073mm width, 2520mm ridge height, and 1464mm door opening. Pick your depth based on what you need to store. As a rough guide: 9ft deep holds garden tools and bikes, 13ft adds workbench space, 17ft fits a full workshop, and 21ft rivals a small garage.

Matt's Pick for 11ft Wide ShedsBest For: Compact entry point to the 11ft Yukon range Why I Recommend It: The 11x9 gives you the full 11ft width at the lowest price. It's the model I point most customers towards when they want proper walk-in storage but don't need workshop depth. At 7.9m², it stores everything a typical garden generates. Price: £1,830 |
At 3073mm wide, the Yukon needs careful positioning. We always recommend placing the doors facing away from the prevailing wind — in most of the UK, that means doors facing east or south-east. This stops driving rain hitting the door seals directly.
Leave 500mm clearance on all sides during assembly. Once built, you can reduce this to 150mm for maintenance access. If your garden slopes, build the base up on the low side rather than digging into the high side — this prevents water pooling against the panels.
All four 11ft wide Yukon sheds include free UK delivery, a built-in floor, and a 15-year warranty. They resist 75mph winds and 100kg/m² snow loads. Zero painting, zero treatment, zero rust.
Need a narrower option? Our 8ft wide Rubicon sheds offer a mid-size alternative, and 6ft wide plastic sheds suit tighter spaces. See the full large plastic sheds collection for all options.
Every Yukon model measures exactly 3073mm (10ft 1in) externally. The internal width is 3022mm. The "11ft" name refers to the roof overhang dimension of 3320mm. When planning your base, use the external wall measurement of 3073mm and add 100mm for clearance.
Yes, the 1464mm double door opening fits all standard ride-on mowers. Most ride-on mowers are 900–1200mm wide. You'll have at least 250mm clearance on each side. The low threshold entrance means no ramp is needed. We recommend the 11x13 as the minimum size if you want to store a mower and still have space for other equipment.
Allow 6–10 hours with two people, depending on the model. The 11x9 takes around 6 hours. The 11x21 needs a full day. No specialist tools are required — a drill, socket set, and step ladder cover everything. We recommend assembling the floor and perimeter frame first, checking it's level, then building the walls panel by panel.
Usually not, provided the shed meets permitted development rules. In England, garden buildings under 2.5m ridge height within 2m of a boundary, or under 4m ridge height elsewhere, don't need planning permission. The Yukon's 2520mm ridge height falls just above the 2.5m limit, so keep it more than 2m from any boundary. Always check with your local council.
All Yukon models carry a 15-year manufacturer warranty. This covers the aluminium frame, polycarbonate panels, and floor against manufacturing defects. The panels are UV-resistant and won't yellow or become brittle. The warranty requires the shed to be assembled on a suitable level base following the instructions provided.
Yes, the aluminium frame has mounting points for shelving brackets. We recommend freestanding heavy-duty shelving units rather than wall-mounted shelves for heavier items. The 11x13 and larger models give you 3m of clear back wall — enough for a full-width workbench. Use the gable wall (opposite the doors) for your workbench to keep the floor space open.
