Yukon Standard (11x9 & 11x13)
The two smaller Yukon models (£1,830–£2,345) suit most gardens. The 11x9 gives 7.9m² of floor space for bikes, tools, and garden furniture. Step up to the 11x13 for 11.4m² — enough for a workbench along one wall with room to spare. Both include the heavy-duty floor as standard.
Yukon Extended (11x17 & 11x21)
The 11x17 and 11x21 (£3,280–£3,550) are workshop-grade buildings. The 11x17 provides 15.5m² of covered space. The 11x21 stretches to 19.3m² — larger than many single garages. Both share the same 2520mm ridge height and double lockable doors as the smaller models.

Matt's Installation Tip: Base Preparation for Large Sheds
The Yukon range is heavy. The 11x21 weighs over 200kg when assembled. You need a solid, level base — we recommend a concrete pad or compacted hardcore topped with paving slabs. The galvanised steel perimeter frame must sit perfectly flat. If your base is out by more than 5mm across the width, the doors won't align properly.
Allow 300mm clearance on all sides for assembly access. Once built, you can plant and pave right up to the walls. We always anchor the perimeter frame to the base using the included anchor kit — these sheds catch wind at this size.
