This 8ft x 8ft double doored Jupiter greenhouse has a Black powder coated paint finish that looks stunning in any garden environment.
The Vitavia Jupiter is one of our favourite greenhouses for sure. It`s a nice big solid greenhouse that is a real pleasure to own and use on a daily basis. It`s great big double doors make getting in and out whilst carrying seed trays and compost bags easy. It`s a very practical height as well. Perfect for growing tomatoes in fact as the eaves are 4ft 11" high even without adding a steel base plinth. We always recommend adding one of Vitavia`s base plinths though as they add rigidity, give better wind resistance and of course an extra 4 inches of growing height.
Also known as the Vitavia Oregon.
Place on hard or soft ground! Our Vitavia Green steel bases come with corner posts for installation on soft ground. These 18-inch posts can be sunk into soil and concreted in place for stability. For hard surfaces like slabs or concrete, simply omit the posts.
Our toughened safety glass offers superior clarity and durability. It's designed to break into small, less harmful pieces, providing enhanced safety for your greenhouse environment.
The green powder coated frame and optional base look great and protect the aluminium from weathering. Powder coating is a process where powdered paint is applied using an electrostatic charge to transfer the powder to the aluminium.
Vitavia Greenhouses are known for their high-quality construction, featuring corrosion-resistant aluminium frames and a range of glazing options. Designed for both novice and experienced gardeners, they offer durability, style, and excellent growing conditions.
Vitavia greenhouses come with a 12-year warranty on the greenhouse frame. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover glass, polycarbonate or Wind Damage. The warranty is only valid if the greenhouse is assembled according to the provided instructions

A solid base is the backbone of any greenhouse. You might think skipping this step saves time, but trust me—I've seen plenty of greenhouses fail because of poor foundations. A dodgy base causes more headaches than you'd believe.
What happens with a bad base? Glass cracks. Doors jam. The structure twists. Water pools where it shouldn't. And fixing these problems costs way more than doing it right first time.
Placing your greenhouse in the right spot makes all the difference between thriving plants and disappointing results. As a greenhouse specialist who's spent 15 years helping UK gardeners optimise their growing spaces, I've seen first-hand how position affects everything from temperature regulation to plant health.
Let me share what actually works in our unique British climate. The greenhouse position might seem like a minor detail, but it's one of those things that can make or break your growing success. I made this mistake myself when I first started - my poorly positioned greenhouse meant I was fighting an uphill battle with inadequate light and temperature fluctuations.
