The 10x10 Highclere Modern Pent Roofed Summerhouse features 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove walls that are made of slow-grown Scandinavian softwood, ensuring durability and resistance to weathering and decay. The roof and floor are also constructed with 12mm thick boards, while the frame is 34x34mm. At 2197mm in ridge height, the summerhouse doesn't require planning consent. A premium felt roof covering and 10-year manufacturer's warranty provide additional peace of mind.
