This 3x2 softwood cold frame is a simple way to harden off plants before they go out for good. It measures 1020mm wide and 810mm deep, with a low 380mm profile that tucks against a greenhouse or fence.
The frame uses 19mm thick timber, pressure treated against rot and left in a natural finish. Both lids open on their own, and each lid stay offers two height settings for controlling airflow.
