About our greenhouse clearance sale
Our clearance sale features genuine Vitavia greenhouses at reduced prices. These are not seconds or damaged stock. They are full-specification greenhouses that we are clearing to make room for new models. Each comes with free UK delivery, a full 12-year frame warranty, and the same build quality as our standard range.
Current clearance stock includes 2 models from the popular Vitavia curved-eave range. Both feature powder-coated aluminium frames, integrated gutters, and toughened or horticultural glazing. For our full-price aluminium range, browse our aluminium greenhouses collection. If you need a smaller option, our small greenhouses start from under £200.
Why We Chose This Range
"These clearance greenhouses are not here because anything is wrong with them. We rotate stock regularly, and these Vitavia models are being replaced by updated versions. The Saturn and Orion are proven designs that we have installed hundreds of times. The curved eaves and integrated gutters make them stand out from standard greenhouses. At these prices, they are exceptional value."

Clearance stock sells fast and does not get restocked once gone. If you are considering one of these greenhouses, order sooner rather than later. Both models need a level base before delivery. Read our base building guide and get your foundation ready while stock lasts.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Are clearance greenhouses brand new?
Yes, all clearance greenhouses are brand new and unused. They are not ex-display, seconds, or damaged stock. We are clearing these models to make space for updated versions. Each arrives in original packaging with full manufacturer documentation and a 12-year frame warranty.
-
Why are these greenhouses discounted?
We discount greenhouses when rotating stock for newer models. Manufacturers update their ranges periodically, and we clear remaining stock at reduced prices. The greenhouses themselves are identical to those previously sold at full price. The only difference is availability. Once sold, they will not be restocked.
-
Do clearance greenhouses include free delivery?
Yes, free UK mainland delivery is included on all clearance models. Delivery is by courier and we will contact you before dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery date. The greenhouse arrives flat-packed on a pallet. You will need someone to help carry the boxes to your garden.
-
What base do I need for a clearance greenhouse?
Both models need a firm, level base of concrete or paving slabs. The Orion 5000 requires a minimum base of 1930mm x 2570mm. The Saturn 8300 needs 2570mm x 3210mm. Level the base to within 5mm across the diagonals. An optional galvanised steel base frame is available for both models.
-
Can I get installation for a clearance greenhouse?
Installation is available as an optional extra on clearance models. Both greenhouses come with full assembly instructions for DIY building. They are designed for self-assembly with basic tools and a helper. If you prefer professional fitting, contact us on 0800 098 8877 for a quote. Our standard Vitavia range includes installation options at checkout.
