The Palram Canopia 2400W Greenhouse Heater delivers 8600 BTU through a low-noise fan, covering greenhouses up to 14 square metres. The separate digital thermostat uses two independent sensors for accurate temperature readings. IPX4 splash resistant and CE certified for greenhouse use.
What sets this heater apart is the external digital thermostat. You mount the thermostat controller away from the heater, closer to your plants, so it reads the actual growing temperature rather than the warm air right next to the fan. Two sensors cross-check each other for accuracy. Set your target and the heater cycles on and off to hold it.
The fan-only mode is worth having through summer. Run it without heat to circulate air and reduce humidity, which cuts down botrytis and mildew problems. The 3-position switch makes it simple: heat, fan, or off.
The heater comes with a 2 metre cable and plugs into a standard 13A socket. Mount it on the floor or on a shelf. The metal cradle frame tilts to direct airflow where you need it. At 2400W it draws about 10p per hour at current electricity rates, so running it overnight through a hard frost costs roughly 80p-£1.

We recommend securing the greenhouse to a hard, level surface (concrete, slabs, or decking) immediately after construction. This is essential for the stability and rigidity of your new greenhouse. You can use a screw and a washer through the compatible pre-drilled holes in the greenhouse frame into a raw plug in your concrete/slab surface.
