Telluria build double-walled steel garden buildings in Belgium. Every panel is galvanised, powder-coated and maintenance-free. Prices run from £5,099 for the Classico 2121 shed to £14,582 for the Lounge XL garden room.

The double wall is what separates these from an ordinary metal shed. Two skins of steel enclose a cavity. That cavity cuts the condensation that ruins tools in single-skin buildings. It is also why these are priced as garden rooms rather than sheds.

The range runs to 48 products. It covers walk-in sheds, enclosed garden rooms and open-sided lounges. It also covers glazed Luminato buildings, twin-door DUO units, garages, storage boxes and matching fence panels. Every building is powder-coated in Anthracite, Light Grey or White. Each one includes an aluminium base frame and a 10-year anti-perforation warranty. For smaller single-skin options see our wider metal sheds range.

About our Telluria metal garden buildings

Telluria make double-walled steel garden buildings at their factory in Belgium. Two skins of galvanised steel enclose a cavity, and that cavity is the whole point. It slows the temperature swing that makes a single-skin metal shed sweat on a cold morning. Condensation is the main reason people give up on metal storage, and this construction is the answer to it.

Every panel is powder-coated in Anthracite, Light Grey or White. Nothing needs painting, treating or replacing. An aluminium base frame is included with each building and the doors lock. The whole range carries a 10-year anti-perforation warranty. Prices start at £5,099 for the Classico 2121 shed.

The range is wider than a shed range. Alongside the Classico sheds sit enclosed Lounge garden rooms. Open Lounge units pair a lockable store with a covered seating bay. Glazed Luminato buildings suit garden-office use. There are also twin-door DUO sheds, two garage sizes, and storage boxes for bins, cushions and bikes. Telluria make fence panels and gates in the same steel and finish. A boundary can therefore match the building. Browse the wider metal sheds and sheds ranges for smaller and cheaper options.

Why We Chose This Range

"I have put up a lot of metal sheds. I have seen what condensation does inside them. Tools go orange, cardboard boxes go soft, and the customer blames the shed. Telluria solved it properly by double-walling the panel instead of selling you a vent kit afterwards. The other thing you notice on site is the aluminium base frame. It gives you something square and true to build off. On a five-metre building that matters more than anything else in the box."

Matt's Pick is the Luminato 2424. It is the cheapest way into a properly glazed Telluria building. Glazing is what turns a store into somewhere you will actually sit. The Lounge garden rooms are larger and better finished, but they start around £1,000 higher for the same footprint.

Matt's Tip

Get the base dead level before delivery day. The aluminium frame is included and it is accurate, but it cannot correct a sloping slab. On a 3000mm building, a 10mm fall is enough to stop the doors meeting cleanly. Check it with a long spirit level and a straight edge, not by eye. Fixing a slab after the building is standing on it means taking the whole thing back down.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do Telluria buildings suffer from condensation?

Far less than a single-skin metal shed, because every panel is double-walled. The cavity between the two steel skins slows heat transfer. That keeps the inner surface closer to the air temperature inside, so moisture does not settle on it overnight. It is the same principle as a cavity wall on a house.

  • What base does a Telluria building need?

A level concrete slab or paved base, accurate to within a few millimetres. The included aluminium base frame sits directly on it. Do not build on soil, grass or gravel. The base should match the building footprint exactly so no edge is left unsupported.

  • What colours can I have?

Anthracite, Light Grey and White, all powder-coated at the factory. Colour is chosen on the product page before you order. The Nevio, Giarmadio and Velotto storage units come in Anthracite or Black. Powder coating is baked on, so it will not flake like a painted finish.

  • How long is the Telluria warranty?

Ten years against perforation, on every building in the range. That covers the steel rusting through from the inside out. The galvanising and the powder coat work together to prevent it. Normal wear to handles, locks and seals is not included.

  • Can I match fencing to the building?

Yes, Telluria make fence panels and gates in the same steel and finish. Panels come in two heights, and you add posts on the panel or gate page in the quantity you need. Run them off the side of a building and the boundary reads as one piece of work rather than two.

  • What is the difference between a Lounge and an Open Lounge?

A Lounge is fully enclosed; an Open Lounge has a covered but open-sided bay. The Lounge works as a garden room you can shut up and lock. The Open Lounge pairs a lockable store with a sheltered seating area beside it. Both share the same panels and finish.

  • Does a Telluria building come with a floor?

No, but every building includes an aluminium base frame as standard. That frame is the perimeter the building stands on, not a floor surface. A fitted aluminium floor is an option on the plain Classico, Luminato and DUO sheds. The Lounge, Open Lounge, garage and Singolo models have no floor option, so those sit straight onto a concrete slab or paving.
