Vitavia glazing bar capping for the Neptune, Jupiter and Phoenix 6700/8300 replaces spring clips with aluminium capping strips sized for the wider frame profile of these greenhouse ranges. The capping holds every panel tight against the glazing bars, increasing wind resistance and sealing out moisture that causes mould between glass and frame. Fits toughened glass and polycarbonate 6700 and 8300 models only.
Neptune, Jupiter and Phoenix greenhouses use a wider aluminium profile than the Venus and Apollo range. That means you need the correct bar capping kit to match the frame dimensions. This kit is specifically manufactured for the 6700 and 8300 model sizes across all three ranges.
When we install these greenhouses for customers, bar capping is one of the first upgrades we suggest. The wider panels on Neptune and Jupiter models catch more wind than smaller greenhouses. Capping every glazing bar keeps the structure solid and stops rattling in gusty conditions.

Optional Installation: If selected, Installation will be carried out 1-8 weeks after the delivery of your Greenhouse. The Installation Team will contact you directly to book in your installation.Our installation service requires a level Concrete, Slabbed or Decked Area to the minimum size stated on the website and with 18-24 Inches of clearance around it. Failure to provide a suitable base area and clearance may result in you being charged for the failed installation If you require staging or shelving assembly, you can arrange it directly with the installation team.
