Vitavia glazing bar capping for the Neptune, Jupiter and Phoenix 9900/11500 is a full aluminium capping kit for the largest greenhouses in these three ranges. It replaces every spring clip with continuous capping strips, providing maximum wind resistance and a sealed barrier against moisture and mould on structures with the greatest glazing area. Fits toughened glass and polycarbonate 9900 and 11500 models only.
The 9900 and 11500 are serious greenhouses. At these sizes, there are a lot of glazing panels and a lot of surface area exposed to wind. We consider bar capping essential rather than optional on the larger Neptune, Jupiter and Phoenix models. A single loose panel in a storm can crack neighbouring panes and cause expensive damage.
This is the largest bar capping kit Vitavia produces. It contains enough capping strip to cover every glazing bar on a 9900 or 11500, including all roof sections. Fitting follows the same press-on method as the smaller kits but allow three to four hours given the number of panels involved.

The Installation Team will contact you directly to book in your installation.Our installation service requires a level Concrete, Slabbed or Decked Area to the minimum size stated on the website and with 18-24 Inches of clearance around it. Failure to provide a suitable base area and clearance may result in you being charged for the failed installation If you require staging or shelving assembly, you can arrange it directly with the installation team.
