Love my greenhouse! Looks really good in my garden everyone admires the design. It was a really good price and was safely packaged no breakages of frame and glass. Every item listed was included.
It took 3 helpers to erect it. The yards and yards of rubber seal took hours to press onto the frame. I bought a plastic tool with a wheel to help but went back to pressing with fingers and thumb and eventually got the knack of doing it. I bought a louvre opening and also an automatic window at the same time. Both these additional purchases improved the temperature regulation. Communication was excellent from the moment of ordering. The delivery was carefully executed he was able to lay the flat boxes on the back garden lawn.

Easy to put together well made I did modifications on door sliding stop. And sent parts for two styles of same greenhouse which made things complicated

Purchase online was easy. Package arrived as advised on time. Assembly was straight forward. Missing part was rectified within a week.

Ordering to delivery went as planned and all in good order.

greenhouse arrived, all parts were there, built greenhouse on a base of 2ft x 2ft slabs, a nice greenhouse for the price.

Great service! Everyone was really helpful when I rang to discuss the sizes etc..
Delivery was swift and all parts in order!
We decided to ‘self build’ which.. was not easy! But.. the instructions were very clear and ours is the 12 x 8 so it’s quite a size.
I would definitely recommend and actually a few friends have said they will buy one next year.

A very good experience. Delivery on schedule and time, driver helpful and courteous.

My lean-to cold frame was slightly delayed by the courier but Greenhouse Stores kept me up to date throughout the process. Their customer service is excellent. Once it arrived, the cold frame was straightforward to assemble and has been a great addition to our garden.
