HS Valve 3/4 inch for Fast Tray Drainage

Speed is the whole point of the HS Valve. It empties a tray far quicker than an ordinary drain plug. One 12.5mm hose handles both the supply and the drainage, so there is less plumbing to fit. At 1.5 bar pump pressure it flows up to 8.1 litres a minute, and drains roughly 5 litres a minute back down the same hose.

The quicker a tray empties, the less time roots spend sitting in water. That cuts the risk of oxygen starvation and root rot in your salad leaves or herbs. It is moulded in chemical-resistant PP to shrug off strong nutrient mixes, and a strainer is included. The 3/4 inch, 27mm connection fits the standard tray drain point.
