This pack of five replacement greenhouse acrylic panels measures 610mm x 610mm each, cut to 2mm thickness. They fit the Vitavia Saturn, Vitavia Orion, Halls Supreme and Halls Silverline lean-to greenhouses directly, with no trimming needed.
Acrylic is a practical upgrade over standard horticultural glass. It weighs roughly half as much, making overhead panes easier to handle during fitting. The shatter-resistant material is a safer option if children or pets use the garden. Light transmission stays high, so plants still get the full spectrum they need for healthy growth.
When fitting, we recommend working from the top of the greenhouse downward. Acrylic slides into the existing glazing channels and secures with standard W or Z clips. Clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water rather than abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the surface over time.
