Essential layout: This kit combines three growing formats for an 8x10 greenhouse. It has twelve individual 1Pot trays with twelve 15L pots. Four easy2grow trays hold eight 8.5L pots, alongside two Tray2Grow modules. The pots suit bushy plants and climbing crops. Water reaches the trays by gravity from a separate reservoir, so no pump or electricity is needed.
The greenhouse watering kit combines Tray2Grow, 1Pot and easy2grow modules for propagation, mixed crops and climbing crops. We recommend this AutoPot automatic greenhouse irrigation system for that crop plan in an 8x10 greenhouse.
The 1Pot trays suit peppers, chillies and aubergines. Use the easy2grow trays for tomatoes, cucumbers and melons.
Tray2Grow can be used with pots, seed trays, grow bags or a compatible fabric planter.
The AQUAvalve5 handles the watering automatically. It lets a shallow 20mm layer of water into each tray, then shuts off. Once the plants have used that water, the valve opens and tops the tray up again. Water flows in by gravity from an external water butt or reservoir, so no pump is needed.
