The Cook King Kongo Deep Fire Bowl is a handmade steel bowl for outdoor wood fires. Its deep shape brings a contained fire to a garden seating area.
We recommend checking both the diameter and height when planning where this bowl will sit. The Kongo measures 85cm across and 55cm high. Those measurements help you assess its position alongside your existing garden furniture. The bowl uses 3mm steel throughout its handmade construction. Its concave shape helps prevent burning wood from being blown around, so the form has a practical role during use.
After the fire, allow the steel to cool before carrying out its care routine. We recommend applying edible oil at that stage to prevent rust. This is a task for a cool bowl, so leave it until the fire and heat have passed. A 1 year warranty is included with the Kongo.
