Greenhouse is lovely delighted with it. Came exactly when they said it would, very helpful delivery man. And instructions to assemble it were spot on. Couldn't have gone better.

Greenhouse is a good quality but assembly instructions can be confusing.

Very easy to find and purchase our ideal greenhouse online. Had to wait a few weeks, but arrived on time by a very helpful and friendly driver. The assembly was reasonably easy if you can do this sort if thing. Would definately recommend.

Excellent small greenhouse great colour easy to erect

I bought the neptune greenhouse, it was all very light and well packaged. I did have a builder put it together for me , I am very happy with it. It takes a little time for delivery, and that is clear on the website, so plan ahead , the delivery guy was very helpful so worth the wait. I love it.

We are really thrilled with the Greenhouse, it's really super quality and perfect for our needs. It would have speeded the construction if the instructions were clearer, we got there in the end though and we cannot fault the end result, we would defn recommend this company and this product

Good profuct that went went together well and relatively straightforward

The product is really good and the quality is excellent. We couldn’t find anyone to assemble our greenhouse for us so had to do it ourselves. I would say the instructions are quite basic and could be improved but we got there without having to undo many bolts and most importantly not breaking any glass! Very pleased with the end result and would recommend the product. Also I made a mess of the cutting of two half capping bars and the factory was super helpful in me replacing them.

It took about two days to assemble, the frame day 1 then the glass on the 2nd day. It was the first time my husband had assembled a greenhouse, but it was okay. Before the greenhouse arrived he had built a decking base for it. My only disappointment was the lead time was longer than expected/stated. I think that was to do with the delivery company. Also, I had ordered it late April, so probably not the ideal time.

The staff were extremely helpful and guided me through the process of choosing a new greenhouse so that I’m definitely replacing like with like.

I purchased a 6x4ft vitavia Venus greenhouse to replace our rotting wooden framed one. Delivery was on the date we requested and everything was packed well with no damage. Construction was on a concrete base using the steel base supplied and bolted into the concrete at about 50cm spacing to give a solid foundation. Building the frame was relatively straightforward with two of us taking about 5 hours to put is together and secured it to the base. I did drill holes in the frame base to add extra bolts alongside the base fixing brackets. Glazing was on the following day, again taking about 5 hours. What would help is if the glazing sheets could be labelled with letters to match the plan as you currently have to look up the sizes on the plan to match the glass to the opening.

So far I have been really happy with the final result and hopefully the extra anchoring will keep everything secure come the winter storms.

This greenhouse is amazing if you’re tight for space. It looks lovely, the doors slide easily. Easy to assemble with a couple of pairs of hands. Lovely coating, excellent quality. Delivery was 6 weeks and handled with great care. Highly recommend.

All good, no problems

We have been extremely impressed with this greenhouse. In hindsight, maybe we should have got it built for us but that was the exciting part! We spent a few days making sure the ground was levelled and solid before building - level soil, covered in aggregate and stone slabs. Make sure this is level and holes for the base are dug properly and don't cut corners - this made the erection of the greenhouse so simple and the glass all fit perfectly. It is now strong, robust and full of plants with lovely fruits and vegetables!

Love my greenhouse! Looks really good in my garden everyone admires the design. It was a really good price and was safely packaged no breakages of frame and glass. Every item listed was included.
It took 3 helpers to erect it. The yards and yards of rubber seal took hours to press onto the frame. I bought a plastic tool with a wheel to help but went back to pressing with fingers and thumb and eventually got the knack of doing it. I bought a louvre opening and also an automatic window at the same time. Both these additional purchases improved the temperature regulation. Communication was excellent from the moment of ordering. The delivery was carefully executed he was able to lay the flat boxes on the back garden lawn.
