The 6x4 Greenhouse Floor Kit comes with a simple to construct click together system complete with water permeable membrane to provide essential drainage for your greenhouse whilst keeping the weeds at bay. Quick and easy preparation means no waiting times for concrete to dry.
NOTE: This kit must be placed on a level and compacted surface that will not subside. It is essential that a greenhouse is built onto a hard, level surface to ensure stability and a long working life.
NOTE: Our fitters only install greenhouses onto slabs or concrete and therefore is not compatible with this floor kit.
The Palram Canopia Harmony 6x4 in green is a smart little greenhouse that`s perfect for any little garden or allotment. Clear polycarbonate makes it very safe for family use.
The Harmony 6ft x 4ft greenhouse is packed with some great features. The clear as glass polycarbonate, a proper opening door with latch and the slide in glazing system where you won`t be needing fiddly glazing clips. The slide in glazing system also helps with wind resistance to help stop glazing popping out in windy conditions.
This Palram Canopia Harmony 6x4 has a single opening roof vent for ventilation, an outward opening door, aluminium base and integral gutters.

What are the different types of Polycarbonate Glazing?
Clear Polycarbonate: This polycarbonate is completely clear like glass. It is very thin at 0.2mm, but extremely tough and shatterproof.
Twin Wall Polycarbonate: This polycarbonate is virtually unbreakable and high impact resistant. They are slightly opaque, preventing strong sunlight exposure, yet offer 80% light transmission with high thermal insulation. The panels are 100% UV protected and will not discolour, fracture or shatter.

Is polycarbonate glazing strong enough?
Yes it’s shatterproof and high impact resistant. However, as polycarbonate is very light, we do not recommend placing these greenhouses in exposed areas with high wind.

Does the greenhouse come with a floor?
No, there is no floor or base. These greenhouses are ideally to be placed on a concrete, slab or decking base.

How do I secure the greenhouse to my foundation?
We recommend securing the greenhouse to a hard, level surface (concrete, slabs, or decking) immediately after construction. This is essential for the stability and rigidity of your new greenhouse. You can use a screw and a washer through the compatible pre-drilled holes in the greenhouse frame into a raw plug in your concrete/slab surface.
