Vitavia glazing bar capping for the Venus and Apollo 2500/3800 replaces factory-fitted spring clips with continuous aluminium capping strips. This upgrade holds each glazing panel firmly against the frame, improving wind resistance and stopping moisture from collecting between glass and aluminium where mould typically forms. Fits toughened glass and polycarbonate Venus/Apollo 2500 and 3800 models only.
We fit bar capping on every greenhouse installation we carry out. Spring clips do the job when new, but over time they weaken and glazing panels can shift in high winds. Bar capping removes that risk entirely. Each panel sits tight against the glazing bar with no gaps for wind to catch.
If you own a Venus 2500 or Apollo 3800, this kit contains everything needed for a full conversion. The capping strips press onto the existing glazing bars without any drilling or modification. Most owners complete the fitting in under two hours.

The Installation Team will contact you directly to book in your installation.Our installation service requires a level Concrete, Slabbed or Decked Area to the minimum size stated on the website and with 18-24 Inches of clearance around it. Failure to provide a suitable base area and clearance may result in you being charged for the failed installation If you require staging or shelving assembly, you can arrange it directly with the installation team.
