Vitavia Hera 2 9000

Build your six-sided Hera 2 9000 with double sliding doors, three side vents, a polycarbonate roof and glass sides. Allow two people, with two to three for walls, roof and glazing. Prepare hand tools, 10 mm and 17 mm spanners, a 1.8 m stepladder, drill and level base.

Prepare the base

Prepare a level base before starting the nine assembly steps.

Build five plain sides

Build five plain side elements flat on the ground, with bolts loose.

Build the door side

Build the door side element flat on the ground, with bolts loose.

Join the six sides

Join all six sides loosely, square the frame on its base, then tighten the side joints.

Build and fit the roof

Build the roof round its central cone on the ground, then lift it on in one piece.

Build the left-hand door

Build the left-hand sliding door flat and set it aside.

Build the right-hand door

Build the right-hand sliding door flat and set it aside.

Build the three vents

Build the three side vents flat, ready to fit later.

Fit the glazing

Fit the polycarbonate roof and glass sides, then tighten the base bolts.

Fit vents and doors

Fit the vents and doors, finish off, and add down pipes at three corners.
