Vitavia Neptune 6700, 8300, 9900, 11500
Building your Neptune involves preparing a base and completing seven assembly steps with two people and basic hand tools. Every size has one sliding door, fitted left or right, and two roof vents. You need a square, level base.

The steps
0Prepare your base
Prepare a square, level base before you start assembly.
1Build both side frames
Build both side frames flat on the ground and leave the bolts loose.
2Build the back gable
Build the back gable flat on the ground with loose bolts.
3Build the door gable
Build the door gable flat with loose bolts and choose the left or right door position.
4Join and stand the frame
Bolt the frames together loosely, stand them on the base, square the greenhouse and tighten the bolts.
5Build and hang the door
Build and hang the single sliding door.
6Fit both roof vents
Build and fit both roof vents.
7Fit the glass
Fit the glazing seal and glass.
