Vitavia Saturn quick start
Vitavia Saturn 5000, 6700, 8300, 9900, 11500
Two people need screwdrivers, 10 mm spanners, tape measure, spirit level and a square, level base. Build frames flat on the ground, bolts loose; square on the base, then tighten. Saturn has polycarbonate-glazed curved eaves, a double sliding door and one, two or four roof vents depending on size.

The steps
0Prepare the base
Prepare a square, level base before you assemble the frame.
1Build both side frames
Build both side frames flat on the ground and leave the bolts loose.
2Build the back gable
Build the plain back gable flat on the ground.
3Build the door gable
Build the front gable with its door runner bars.
4Join and raise the frame
Join and raise the frame together, square it on the base, then tighten the bolts.
5RFit the right-hand door
Build and hang the right-hand sliding door.
5LFit the left-hand door
Build and hang the left-hand sliding door, then adjust both until they slide freely.
6Build and fit roof vents
Build and fit the roof vents supplied for your greenhouse size.
7AFit glazing layout A
Use glazing layout A only if it matches your supplied glass.

Use glazing layout B only if it matches your supplied glass.
