Dual-purpose interior
The 8ft 4in width is the key difference from the 6ft model. It allows you to place a bistro set or small dining table in the centre while still having room for staging along the walls. No other 8ft greenhouse offers this layout.

💡 Quick Guide: The 8x12 is the ideal Sanctuary for dual use. It gives you 96 sq ft, enough for a 4-seat dining table at one end and full-length staging at the other. Position the side doors facing your patio for a smooth indoor-outdoor transition.
🔧 Matt's installation tip: side door alignment
The Sanctuary's Modul-Air system lets you hang the double doors on the long side of the greenhouse. This looks striking but requires precision on your base.
Unlike gable doors which hang from the roof peak, side doors hang from the eaves beam. If your base dips in the middle of the long span, the eaves beam bows and the doors jam. You must ensure your base is perfectly level along the entire length. Use a long spirit level and check every 2ft. For the 8ft width, a 100mm concrete pad is strongly recommended over paving slabs.
