Vitavia Cassandra 8300, 9900, 11500

For Cassandra sizes 8300, 9900 and 11500, first build a foundation and 500 mm wall with a front door opening. Build the frames flat and loosely bolted, then square and tighten them on the wall. Fit the double sliding door, four roof vents and panes held with glazing lists.

Prepare the foundation and wall

Build your foundation and 500 mm wall, with an opening at the front for the doors.

Build both side frames

Assemble both side frames flat on the ground and leave the bolts loose.

Build the back gable

Build your back gable flat on the ground, with the bolts loose.

Build the door gable

Build your front door gable flat on the ground, with the bolts loose.

Join and position the frame

With two people, join the frames, lift onto the wall, then square and tighten.

Fit the left-hand door

Build and hang your left-hand sliding door.

Fit the right-hand door

Build and hang your right-hand sliding door, then adjust both doors.

Build and fit roof vents

Build and fit your four roof vents.

Fit the glass
