Vitavia Hera 4500

Build your six-sided Hera 4500 through a base stage and seven assembly steps. It has a single sliding door, a louvre vent and a roof built around a central cone. Gather two people, screwdrivers, 10 mm spanners, tape measure, spirit level, step ladder and a level base.

Prepare your base

Prepare a level base for the hexagonal frame.

Build five plain sides

Build five plain side elements flat on the ground, with bolts loose.

Step 2 drawing

Build the door side

Build the door side element flat on the ground, with bolts loose.

Step 3 drawing

Join the six sides

Join all six sides loosely, square the frame on its base, then tighten the side connections.

Build and fit the roof

Build the roof on the ground and lift it onto the walls in one piece.

Build and hang the door

Build, square and hang the single sliding door.

Fit the louvre vent

Fit the louvre vent into a lower side section without a diagonal brace.

Fit the glass

Fit the glass, then tighten the bolts holding the greenhouse to its base.
