Quick start guide

Vitavia Venus 2500, 3800, 5000

Building a Vitavia Venus involves a base step and seven assembly steps. You need two people, screwdrivers, 10 mm spanners, a tape measure, spirit level and a square, level base. Build frames flat and bolt loosely, then square them on the base before you tighten.

Prepare your base

Prepare a square, level base for your greenhouse.

Build both side frames

Build two identical side frames flat on the ground, with the nuts loose.

Build the back gable

Build the plain back gable flat on the ground.

Step 3 drawing

Build the door gable

Build the front door gable and choose which way the door opens.

Join and stand the frame

Join the frames, stand them on the base, check squareness and tighten the bolts.

Build and hang the door

Assemble and hang the sliding door, then adjust it until it slides freely.

Fit the roof vent

Build the roof vent and fit it in your chosen position.

Step 7 drawing

Fit the glazing

Fit the glazing seals, then glaze the roof and walls.
