Vitavia Venus 6200, 7500

Building your Venus 6200 or 7500 involves preparing a base and completing seven assembly steps. You need two people, screwdrivers, 10 mm spanners, a tape measure, a spirit level and a square, level base. Both sizes have one sliding door and two roof vents.

Prepare your base

Prepare a square, level base before you assemble the frame.

Build both side frames

Build two side frames flat and loosely bolted; the 7500 also has corner braces.

Build the back gable

Build the back gable flat on the ground, with the bolts loose.

Build the door gable

Build the door gable flat on the ground, with the bolts loose.

Join and stand the frame

Join and stand the frames, square them on the base, then tighten the bolts.

Build and hang the door

Build and hang your sliding door.
