The choice comes down to how many plants you raise. The 119cm bench model and the 176cm tall 0.35m² cabinet both hold nine 6.5 litre pots or four 11 litre pots. The 1m² cabinet steps up to fifteen 6.5 litre pots or eight 11 litre pots, with a two-speed fan to match the bigger space. If you only want the shell, buy an empty cabinet and pair it with your own fans and filters.

Work backwards from pot size. Nine 6.5 litre pots fill a 0.35m² cabinet nicely; cram in 11 litre pots and you get four. The 1m² cabinet doubles that. Overfilling chokes the airflow the fan was sized for, so leave gaps between pots.
